At Mile High Properties we take our commitments seriously - to our Residents, to our Owners, to our Suppliers, and to the Communities in which we operate.

Our promise is to always provide a safe and secure living environment for our Residents. Our Residents have put their trust in us, and we are committed to meeting that trust with properly maintaining apartments, common areas and living amenities.

We treat each of our properties like we own them – because we do! We take pride in proactively maintaining each property under our care. Every day one of our team is on site, speaking with Residents, getting to know them, and understanding how they live and work.

We take the time to get to know each Residents on a personal level, and we use that information maintain our properties. For example, we know which Residents work at night, how many cars they have, the guests who visit, and the unique appliances and amenities each apartment includes.

If you become one of our Residents, you won’t have to wait days or even weeks to get a response from our Property Manager, because when you reach out, we will answer. For example, if the laundry machine is suddenly out of order, we are probably already on it. If your front door needs repair, or your heating isn’t working, or the hallway light bulb goes out, you won’t wait days or weeks for us to take care of it – that is our promise.

We hear from our Residents that this type of hands-on maintenance is unusual, and why many of them give us such good reviews, but that it how we have always done business, and always will.

Our Services Include



24 Hour Emergency Answering Service

We provide afterhours emergency call center service for our Residents, and in most cases, we will have someone on-site within the hour for emergency maintenance issues.

24/7 Camera Security Monitoring

Each of our properties has 24/7 camera security systems, both within the buildings and overlooking common areas of the property.

Daily Workorder Performance

Quick turn around on day-to-day workorder activities to prevent emergency maintenance events.

Proactive Maintenance

We provide proactive maintenance and workorder support for all our Residents. In addition, we make significant investments each year in property common areas and building infrastructure (parking lots, HVAC, common area lighting, hallway carpeting and painting, landscaping, etc.)

Proactive Pest Control and Inspection

We conduct ongoing, proactive pest control for all our properties, and perform at least two mandatory inspections for each apartment every year.

Snow Removal and Landscaping

We provide snow removal and landscaping services for all the properties common areas throughout the year.
